ArxRoute is self-hosted software that turns an Android phone you own into a programmable proxy gateway. These terms govern your use of the ArxRoute software. By installing or running it, you accept these terms.
You are solely responsible for how you use ArxRoute and for all traffic that passes through it. You must use the software lawfully and in compliance with: (a) the laws of your jurisdiction; (b) the terms of service of your mobile carrier and internet provider; and (c) the terms of any website or service you access through ArxRoute. ArxRoute is a network-engineering tool for developers, self-hosters, and operators who own the devices and connections they route through it.
If your carrier or a service prohibits routing its traffic through a proxy or VPN, routing it anyway is your decision and your liability, not ours.
The ArxRoute binary is licensed to you for use on devices you own or control. The Free tier is free; Pro and Farm are one-time licenses for the binary as described on the pricing page — perpetual, with no kill-switch (a payment lapse never disables a running installation). You may not redistribute the Pro/Farm binaries or tokens you have not been granted. The openvpn3-incorporating portions of the software are MPL-2.0 and are source-disclosed at github.com/rorph/arxroute-vpnclient.
ArxRoute is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, overflow.biz disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to function across all future Android or carrier changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, overflow.biz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ArxRoute — including, without limitation, mobile data charges or overages, carrier disputes or account termination, loss of access to services, or loss of data. Your use of the cellular network through ArxRoute may incur charges from your carrier; those are your responsibility. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the license, or for the Free tier, to discontinuing use.
ArxRoute can route traffic over your phone's cellular connection. Cellular data may be metered and may incur charges. The app includes a configurable cellular data cap to help you control usage, but you are responsible for monitoring your carrier usage. Carrier IP rotation may briefly toggle mobile data and is also subject to your carrier's terms.
Paid licenses (Pro, Farm) are eligible for a 7-day no-questions refund via the payment processor from the date of purchase.
We may update ArxRoute and these terms over time. Because licenses are perpetual and the binary has no kill-switch, an update never disables an installed version — you can stay on any version you prefer. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. overflow.biz is a Brazilian entity.
